Dosage and administration — label text

Directions Apply evenly and generously to exposed skin 15-20 minutes before sun exposure. Do not rub inReapply every 2 hours, or immediately after swimming, sweating or toweling. Limiting sun exposure, wearing protective clothing, and using sunscreen are all part of effective sun protection.
