Sources and coverage
This release contains 800 imported records from 8 sources. Each source contributes a balanced initial selection; it is not a complete copy of any database. Different clinical fields and document types are represented.

Content and attribution
NLM health and genetics summaries and MeSH records are attributed to the US National Library of Medicine. Third-party MedlinePlus encyclopedia and drug-monograph content is excluded. openFDA records use the source's CC0 dedication unless otherwise noted. DailyMed pages show factual label metadata and link to the original label.
PMC records include only articles whose individual license permits the displayed reuse; authors and licenses are shown on each page. Figures and supplementary files have not been copied. PubMed entries provide bibliographic metadata rather than republishing protected abstracts. Wikidata entity data is available under CC0.
Dates and interpretation
Source dates and retrieval dates are different and are labeled separately. These are imported snapshots, not a live safety-alert service. The source may have changed since retrieval. A listing in a drug-label database does not by itself mean FDA approval. Medical terminology and research references do not establish that a treatment is appropriate for an individual.
Community and reference content
Imported references are kept separate from patient contributions. They are not member reviews or testimonials, and they do not affect ratings. DrugChat is an independent information and community website and is not endorsed by the source organizations.
